Loved the super clean Superior Double Room, but access to more water could be better.

The Superior Double Room was spotless and had a fantastic ambiance, making for a surprisingly comfortable stay. Waking up to a delicious breakfast made to order was definitely a highlight!
There were some inconvenient details like having only one small bottle of water provided upon arrival, which didn't quite cut it for my coffee needs. the lack of a handrail in the shower was a bit risky, especially for those of us who need to be cautious. Checkout could be later, as a little extra time to enjoy the comfy room would have been appreciated.

spotless cleanliness, modern decor, comfortable environment
The absence of storage for bags created a hassle before my train!!! A larger area for drinks would be a welcome improvement!!! Consider later checkout for a more relaxed experience!!!

lekker stay in Clacton-on-Sea! 🌊☀️
Kirk was super chill and super helpful. Our room felt like home, with a nice candle smell when we walked in. Brekkie was on point, cooked just the way we like it!
Only thing was I wished checkout was later. We just wanted one more cup of coffee in that comfy room!

The hosts were friendly and took the time to remember our reasons for visiting, checking in with us every morning at breakfast. The breakfast was not just good, it was perfect, cooked just how we like it, really a great start to the day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but considering the quality and service, it was acceptable.
